Your image assessment will begin with an overview of your appearance as it is now: your style, body type, wardrobe and colours. Through a series of exercises we will then determine if your current appearance represents the personal and professional image you are striving to achieve.

Colour Analysis

During your personal colour analysis we will identify your colour palette based on your skin tone, hair and eye colour. You will learn what colours best complement your features, how to use colour to convey particular messages about yourself and which colours to avoid and why.

Style Analysis

In this session we will determine what style(s) best match your personality and lifestyle. Understanding your personal style preference is essential to knowing what clothing to buy and ensuring that what you wear is reflective of you. The objective is to identify a style that enables you to feel comfortable in your clothing whatever the occasion.

Body-in-line Assessment

In this session, we will take a close look at your body shape and proportions. We will identify your basic body shape and guide you on how to choose clothing that is in harmony with your natural body lines, and balance your scale and proportion. The aim is to provide you with an understanding of what clothing is most flattering to your build.

Wardrobe Edit

In a wardrobe edit we will review your current wardrobe and together decide which clothes are keepers removing those items which no longer flatter you or reflect your best image. We will take you through simple steps on how to better organize your wardrobe and create mix and match clothing sets that make it quick and easy to get dressed while always maintaining a polished and stylish appearance.

Personal Shopping

Based on your wardrobe needs, style and budget, enjoy a stress-free shopping session where stores and clothes are pre-selected for you. Avoid making the wrong choices and overspending on those one-time-wear items and panic shopping sprees. This personalized shopping session will be tailored specifically to your wardrobe needs.

Etiquette & Protocol

During this fun session we will review proper business etiquette, etiquette for dining in different situations, social graces, networking tactics and coaching on how to best communicate in different social functions. All will help you to feel more confident and at ease in any social or business gathering.
